Thomas' joint effort with Mono & Joel, released by Oliver Schories label 'der turnbeutel', and has been well-received, causing our expectations of this young musician living in Leipzig to grow.
Justifiably so! Thomas Scholz is currently working on releasing his first solo-EP. 'asle-ep' is slated to appear under the label O*RS and includes distinctive original songs and fantastic remixes.

'I break free' showcases the unbelievable versatility of Thomas Scholz's musical ability. Using dreamy, classical melodies paired harmoniously with vocals mostly heard throughout the metal genre, this song best represents this indefinable talent's bold rise.

Through it's memorable composition, 'Mimesis' (Ancient Greek: mimic, imitate) achieves an indescribable affect on both the listener's ears and reason which can only be attributed to the tracks fascinating sound.
Literal mimicry is not what this track is about, as it is one of a kind.

O*RS presents the first Solo Ep from Thomas Scholz,and includes distinctive original songs and fantastic remixes.

The remixes of these tracks by Filburt, rampue and Powel promise to be an acoustic cornucopia, also. And as though that wasn't enough, Thomas Scholz together with his good friend and musician from Leipzig iami give us musical caresses with 'Cafuné'. Appearing as a bonus track on the EP, it is a compelling conclusion to his first album.
